LA CONNESSA is an architectural masterpiece, drawing inspiration from the quaint cafes of Milan. The interior is a harmonious blend of slate blue tones, complemented by the warmth of walnut and the subtle gleam of brass hardware. The space is characterized by a gracefully curved bar, bathed in a soft, inviting illumination. Art Deco accents punctuate the space, adding a touch of historical elegance. The high ceilings contribute to an airy, spacious atmosphere, while arches serve as a stunning backdrop to the bar, becoming the focal point of the room. This design is a testament to the timeless beauty of architectural sophistication.

LOUIE'S is a burger joint, architecturally designed to celebrate the raw and rustic. The interior is a symphony of raw materials, with reclaimed wood slat walls and steel panel wainscoting creating a textured, tactile experience. Rustic leather banquettes offer a comfortable seating arrangement, set against the industrial charm of galvanized countertops. The kitchen, adorned with classic black and white subway tiles, is exposed to customers, allowing them to witness the art of their meal preparation. Classic canned letter signage adds a nostalgic touch, while filament bulb lamps cast a warm, inviting glow across the space. Chalkboard menu signs complete the look, adding an informal and welcoming touch to this architecturally thought-out burger joint.
